Only Concrete is a Perth concreting business that pours the lot: exposed aggregate, honed finishes, driveways, pool surrounds and seamless edge, patios, house surrounds, shed slabs, and pathways. Nathan Perry has been laying concrete for more than 13 years, and he is on the tools at every pour, from the first site measure to the final seal.
One crew, one standard. Exposed aggregate concrete, honed finishes, plain and coloured concrete driveways, patios, pool surrounds, pathways, and shed slabs, all quoted straight and finished clean.
We are based in Canning Vale, servicing Metro Perth and rural areas. Call Nathan on 0438 319 821 for an honest answer and a firm quote.
Every job we take on is poured by the same small crew, with Nathan on site. Just the finishes we do best, from excavation to sealing.

We are based in Canning Vale and service Metro Perth and rural areas. These are the suburbs where our ute is parked most weeks.
Home base. We live and pour here, so quotes are quick and the pool surrounds Canning Vale families ask for are usually a same-week site visit.
Four minutes from the yard and one of the newest suburbs we serve. Driveways, alfresco slabs and side paths poured behind the builders as the estates fill in.
Original 70s and 80s concrete is reaching the end of its life here. We cut out cracked driveways and pour fresh exposed aggregate on a proper base.
Four kilometres from the yard, full of established family homes hitting driveway-replacement age. Cracked seventies concrete out, fresh exposed aggregate in.
One of our most regular runs. Older paths and patios here are often past patching, and a re-pour costs less than most owners expect.
New estates mean new alfresco areas, house surrounds and driveways the builder never finished properly. We tidy up a lot of handovers out here.
Bigger, older blocks with room for real concrete work: long driveways, side access paths, and slabs for the shed that finally got approved.
Workshops, sheds and family homes in equal measure. Garage and shed slabs are the bread-and-butter jobs we pour Armadale way.
The Serpentine-Jarrahdale growth corridor keeps adding rooftops, and every one of them needs a driveway, a patio or a shed slab eventually.
North of the river but well inside our range. Established brick homes here suit exposed aggregate upgrades that lift the whole street front.
At the foot of the hills and full of older homes and workshops. Concrete Midland jobs are typically driveways, hardstands and replacement paths.
Coastal sand and salt air punish cheap finishes. We pour honed and exposed surfaces near the beach that are sealed to cope with it.
Pool country. Surrounds, patios and driveways within sight of the water, poured with falls and finishes that suit coastal blocks.
One of the fastest-growing suburbs in the state, and the concreting Baldivis estates need runs from new driveways to full house surrounds.
The northern end of our range. We batch jobs up this way, so flag your dates early and we will line your pour up with the next northern run.
The southern anchor of our service area. If you are after a concreter Mandurah locals actually recommend, we pour exposed aggregate, driveways and shed pads down here every month.
We also cover Rockingham to Mandurah along the coast, the Gosnells and Armadale corridor, Fremantle, Cockburn, Jandakot, Southern River, Cannington, Perth city, and the suburbs in between. Unsure about your postcode? Call or text 0438 319 821 and Nathan will give you a straight yes or no.
It depends on access, site preparation, the aggregate blend you choose and the total area, so any flat per-metre figure online is a guess. Send through photos and measurements and we will give you a firm quote, not an estimate that grows later.
Both start as the same stone-filled concrete. Exposed aggregate is washed back so the stone sits proud with a textured, high-grip surface, while honed aggregate is ground smooth for a soft, polished feel underfoot. Exposed suits driveways, honed suits pool surrounds and alfresco areas.
Keep cars off for about seven days. Concrete keeps gaining strength for weeks after the pour, and driving on it early is the most common cause of cracking. You can walk on it after a day or two; we confirm exact timings at handover.
Send the details and a photo of the area if you have one. Nathan will come back to you with a straight answer and a fair price.
