Can you fix levels the builder left wrong?
Often. Formwork and base preparation let us correct falls so water moves away from the house rather than sitting against it. If a level problem needs more than concrete can fix, we say so before you spend.
What does an alfresco slab cost in Harrisdale?
It comes down to size, access, base preparation and the finish you pick. Exposed aggregate and honed finishes cost more than plain grey, and tight access can change the method. The quote is firm once we have walked the site.
